What is this world coming to when these types of crimes have become the norm:Sheriff’s detectives say the son of a Tipton County woman’s boyfriend is charged with raping her four year-old boy.
According to investigators, the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office received a call on September 7, 2008, from a woman who said that her son had been sexually abused. When deputies got to Baptist Memorial Hospital Tipton, the woman told them that her boyfriend’s son raped her child.
Detectives say Justin Dewayne Rogers, 18, admitted to sexually penetrating the four year-old boy. Rogers did not live at the home when the incident happened.
Investigators say Rogers has been charged with Rape of a Child and is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facility.

wat in the world? honestly, thats something this child has to live with everday of his life. What the hell is going on in peoples heads when they decide to do these things? and it was a guy that raped the boy at that, dear god! thats messed up

I know this guy he was in special ed all through school so he obviously had problems(severe mental sexual) problems..I feel sorry for that kid but bubba will give his own taste of it when he gets put away.
