Pat O’Brien was fired from The Insider again for more erratic behavior just last week. Sources say that the firing stemmed form an email where he called himself a “favorite son” of bitter poor Iowans who “want to vomit” over segments by his replacement in the anchor chair, Lara Spencer. Now we hear Pat has checked into rehab again. O’Brien was fired the first time in 2005 when sexually explicit voicemails that he made to a woman were released. In the voicemails O’Brien is heard propositioning the woman to join he and his wife in a menage a trois. O’Brien even sat through an intervention with that idiot Dr. Phil to prove he was a changed man and that the drugs and alcohol were talking on the voicemails and not him. After completing therapy he was given his job back. There is no word on if the network will rehire him again. Check out audio of the voicemails below. SMH !!!
