It looks like the X man will be spending the holidays behind bars:
DMX is preparing to travel during the holiday season, but not to see family. He’s going to see yet another judge.
DMX’s home is currently the Miami-Dade County Jail, but his lawyer Bradford Cohen confirms the rapper is being extradited to Maricopa County Jail in Arizona at this very moment.
Earlier this month, federal agents captured the X (at the home of producer Scott Storch) on an island off Miami Beach over a bench warrant issued for a missed court appearance.
X also faces drug, identity theft and animal cruelty charges in Arizona.

We reported on Tuesday that rapper DMX was caught by police hiding out on an island off the coast of Florida. What we didn’t know was that it was the home of another Hip Hop heavyweight who is on the run from police also, non-other than producer Scott Storch. Storch has been the topic of many rumors surrounding his financial status. The producer made millions producing tracks for the likes of Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, The Game, etc… Storch is known for his spending as much as he is known for his music. Spending $20,000 in one night buying champagne at Prive’ on South Beach became the norm. Storch also had a fleet of cars including a Phantom, Buggati Veyron, Ferrari, Mercedes Mclaren, etc… There were rumors that Storch had ordered thousands of dollars in champagne in a Miami club one night and couldn’t pay because all of his cards were declined. Things started to go bad for Storch when recording artists began to search for unknown producers who were charging less money for tracks which hurt many producers such as Storch. He had been commanding nearly $100,000 a track. From what I hear now Storch is charging about $7,000. I don’t know if the police are actively pursuing him because the warrant is still open for him on child support back payments. Fnny, DMX gets caught at his house but they didn’t get Storch. A woman in Georgia tipped police off when she heard about the $5,000 reward.

We reported earlier today that Marcopia County Sherrifs offered a reward of $5,000.00 for information leading to the capture and arrest of DMX. Well, forget about cashing in because someone already has:
The crackhead was apprehended this afternoon by the FBI get on an island off the coast of Florida. The Feds were tipped off to his location which was a private residence on Palm Island. X surrendered peacefully and is currently locked u[p in Miami-Dade County jail again.
The arrest comes after a bench warrant was issued for his arrest last Friday, because he missed a court appearance in Arizona.
Well X, it’s Christmas time, people are broke as hell because of 8 years of G.W. Bush and you haven’t released a decent album or movie since Lincoln freed the slaves — so someone was bound to turn your a$$ in. When I heard about the $5,000 reward, I started making calls myself trying to find you.

You can get cash money for any information that leads to the capture and arrest of rapper-actor-crackhead DMX.
The $5,000 reward has been issued by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office, adding to the bench warrant that was issued for DMX last week. This all stems from a court date that DMX missed on Friday for drug, identity theft and animal cruelty charges.
DMX, I seriously hope that I don’t run into your a$$. Let me take that back. After all of your stupidity and the way the economy is, I hope that I do see you because my bank account will have $5,000 more dollars in it.

In his quest to enter the Guinness Book Of World Records as the person with the most arrests and warrants issued in a year, DMX is on the hotseat again:
A Maricopa County judge just issued a bench warrant for the rapper’s arrest, after D missed a scheduled court appearance in Arizona to face drug, identity theft and animal cruelty charges.
And it gets worse — even when D is captured, the judge has ruled he must post a $120,000 cash bond or else he’ll be sent to the slammer.
There is a silver lining — word on the street is that DMX is currently in rehab somewhere. Unfortunately, it’s still no excuse for missing court.
UPDATE: DMX’s attorney in Florida, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ to his knowledge, the rapper is currently in rehab at an undisclosed location. Cohen claims D was supposed to show the judge documentation proving his rehab stint during his court appearance today, but obviously that didn’t happen.
Hopefully the judge will give him a break. I hope that he can get himself together because it’s sad to see so many Black males given great opportunities that continue to flush their lives down the toilet.

Hip Hop and Movie star DMX appeared in court in Arizona for theft charges after he missed a previous court appearance due to faking an illness. X was hospitalized in Miami, Florida last week with symptoms associated with a stroke. The hospital stay caused him to miss a hearing in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday. X was scheduled to appear on charges of theft. The judge overseeing the case issued a bench warrant for his arrest after he missed the court date.
He was back in court on Monday for a brief hearing during which the judge ordered X to appear for a status conference on 7 October. He also faces several animal cruelty, traffic violation and drug possession counts in the state.
DMX knows he didn’t have any symptoms of a stroke. If he did, I didn’t know that smoking those rocks cold give you a stroke because that’s about all that was wrong with his junky a$$. SMH.

This fool can’t catch a break:
DMX is once again inside a facility, but for once it isn’t a jail.
Sources tell us DMX was brought to the emergency room at a hospital in Aventura, Fla. yesterday for “fear of a stroke.”
Since DMX is on a court-appearance-per-week regimen these days, he’s actually scheduled to appear in an Arizona court today.
We don’t think he’ll be making it.
Maybe those rocks triggered it. SMH.

Rapper DMX’s (the D is for Dumb A$$) legal woes went from Florida to Arizona on Wednesday when he was extradited from one jail to another.
The rap star, real name Earl Simmons, is now in custody in a Phoenix jail on theft charges after he was transferred on Wednesday from a Miami holding cell after pleading guilty to attempted marijuana and cocaine possession.
Simmons was fined, sentenced to time served and then extradited to Arizona, where he was arrested on a fugitive warrant for failing to appear in Maricopa County Superior Court.
DMX also faces several animal cruelty and drug possession counts in the state.
The 37-year-old must post bail before he’s released.
I hope wherever he’s going to when he is finally released isn’t near any rocks because after all this time being away from them he might smoke himself to death.

And the Saga continues:
Even though he dropped an F-bomb on a Miami judge yesterday, DMX can finally get all the McD’s he wants — for now. We’re told his lawyer, former “Apprentice” could-a-been turned miracle worker Bradford Cohen, just worked out a plea deal with the judge: time served and about a $483 fine. D could’ve faced up to six years on the trying-to-score coke and pot charges, to which he plead guilty. We’re also told AZ lawmen have 15 days to collar him for all his eight zillion arrests there. If they don’t, he’s home free … until the next time he gets arrested, which should be 5,4,3,2,1 and.
I seriously hope that this guy stays away from those rocks.
