What is this world coming to when these types of crimes have become the norm:Sheriff’s detectives say the son of a Tipton County woman’s boyfriend is charged with raping her four year-old boy.

According to investigators, the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office received a call on September 7, 2008, from a woman who said that her son had been sexually abused. When deputies got to Baptist Memorial Hospital Tipton, the woman told them that her boyfriend’s son raped her child.

Detectives say Justin Dewayne Rogers, 18, admitted to sexually penetrating the four year-old boy. Rogers did not live at the home when the incident happened.

Investigators say Rogers has been charged with Rape of a Child and is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facility.

A Hialeah man has been denied bond for a horrific and heinous crime against two elderly women, ages 99- and 81-years old. Jose Corrales, 33, appeared in bond court Friday, charged with two counts of sexual battery, two counts of kidnapping and two counts of occupied burglary with battery.

According to detectives, the first incident occurred in Hialeah on June 22nd, when Corrales, an illegal alien working as a roofer, spotted the 99-year old woman while she was taking out her trash. Police say he had a brief conversation with her then followed her back to the front door and forced his way in.

The frail 99-year old woman attempted to fight back but was simply overpowered. Police say he pushed her to the ground with such force, that her dentures flew across the room.

She pleaded for her life as she was slapped and punched in the stomach, face, legs, arms and back, according to the police report. Eventually, she was grabbed by the neck and dragged into her bedroom where, police say, Corrales forced her to perform oral sex.

The second incident also occurred in Hialeah, but took place two months later on August 24th.

The victim in this case was an 81-year old handicapped woman with limited mobility. She was sitting inside her home when Corrales stood at her doorway, commented how hot it was outside and removed his shirt.

Speaking in Spanish, the 81-year-old woman told CBS4 Reporter Jorge Estevez how she did not lock her door in time, and he made his way inside and forced her to perform oral sex.

Corrales was captured after DNA taken at both scenes matched. When questioned by police, Corrales admitted his involvement in both crimes.

This is one time that I wish that victims were allowed to torture their attacker. This sick A$$HOLE should be castrated.

MIAMI — A 15-year-old boy remained behind bars Thursday night, charged with armed sexual battery and other charges after allegedly taking part in the rape and robbery of a 21-year-old mother of two in May.

“This is the young, preying on the young. The crime is horrible,” said Miami Police spokesman Delrish Moss.

The suspect, 15-year-old Carlos Rivero, and another teen, allegedly used a Taser to overpower a 21-year-old on May 23, then forcibly raped her, according to a police report released Thursday.
Police said the suspects waited for the woman’s husband to leave the house. The woman walked to the door to find it open and was hit in the shoulder by a Taser.
The victim told police she was dragged into another bedroom and forced to perform oral sex on the 13-year-old suspect while Rivero and the third unknown suspect scoured the home for money and electronics.
The victim’s infant child slept in a room just a few feet from where the crime was committed, police said.
Investigators said the 13-year-old boy, an alleged member of the “Crips,” warned the victim not to call police or he’d kill her and her kids.
The boy’s family would only tell Local 10’s Rob Schmitt that the boy didn’t live at his listed address anymore.
A neighbor described the 13-year-old boy as “trying to be a gangster.”
“He seemed to be like a boss or something, had like a gang, and he was a kid,” the neighbor said.
According to Miami police, Rivero was arrested on June 12, and confessed his involvement in the crime. He then led police to the 13-year-old suspect who was also arrested.
Charges against that 13-year-old boy have since been dropped.
Rivero’s family didn’t answer the door Thursday night. His next court appearance is set for July 24th.
Rivero is charged with armed sexual battery, armed burglary, kidnapping, and armed robbery.
