Details of what happened to Tameka have begun to come to light:

R&B singer Usher’s wife Tameka Foster was placed in a comatose state after suffering complications with a liposuction procedure, new reports have revealed.

According to E!, Foster, who flew to Brazil for the procedure, was rushed to Sao Paulo’s Sirio-Libanes Hospital after going into cardiac and respiratory arrest.

Unresponsive according to G1, Foster was placed in an induced coma for 24 hours after complications with anesthesia.

Dr. Payman Simoni, a renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgeon blames “general anesthesia” for Foster’s complications.

“While I have not treated Usher’s wife, in my opinion, the reported need for a neurosurgeon strongly suggests complications relating to general anesthesia, which can include stroke, hypoxic brain injury, and intracranial bleeding,” said Dr. Simoni.

Simoni also notes, while a patient might be able to find a great plastic surgeon abroad, it might not be readily apparent that one must also find an equally good anesthesiologist and ensure that the anesthesia equipment is up to date.

Since speaking out earlier this week via his publicist, Usher and Foster have remained quiet.

According to his publicist, “She (Foster Raymond) is in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil. Her husband Usher is with her at the hospital”.

Liposuction ??? I guess those insecurities after having so many kids and so many women after her husband forced her hand. But it’s crazy because she just had the baby not even 6 months ago. Gawd Damn !!!

Usher rushed to his wifes side after she suffered from serious complications from surgery:

Usher has canceled his performance at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party due to a family emergency, Access Hollywood has learned.

His wife, Tameka, is in Brazil and has experienced complications from plastic surgery. A neurosurgeon, Dr. Gabriel Hunt of LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, is on the way to South America.

A rep for Usher had no comment at this time. Josh Groban filled in for the R&B star at Davis’ annual event.

Foster, a 37-year-old stylist, recently gave birth to the couple’s second child, Naviyd Ely Raymond. The couple’s first child, Usher Raymond V, was born in November 2007.

The couple announced their engagement in February 2007, marrying on August 3 of that year.

As of Sunday evening, Dr. Hunt had arrived in Brazil.

Most women travel to Brazil for surgery because the procedures are far less expensive there. Usher is worth over $100 million, so why the hell was Tameka there getting a procedure done ????

Sources have confirmed that superstar singer Usher and his wife Tameka welcomed a new baby boy that was born on Wednesday.

The new baby joins older brother Usher Raymond V, who turned 1 on Nov. 26. Usher and Tameka married in 2007. Tameka, 37, also has three sons from a previous relationship. A source says Usher was at his wife’s side during the delivery.

Last month, he told Access Hollywood that his soon-to-arrive baby was “one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have.”

“I’m so proud to be a father by the time I’m 30,” Usher (who hit the big 3-0 in October) told PEOPLE back in August. “I’d hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they’re in high school!”

Superstar singer Usher has confirmed he’s set to become a father once again.

After much speculation, the R&B star has revealed that his wife Tameka Foster is pregnant with the couple’s second child, which is due next month.

Speaking to reporters backstage at his Wednesday night concert at Los Angeles’ Club Nokia, the Yeah! singer said, “It’s one of the best Christmas gifts there is.”

The 30-year-old singer and his wife welcomed their first child, Usher Raymond V, into the world a year ago.

Usher has since revealed his wife is expecting another boy, due on 15 December.

I hope that Ush gets to work on a new album after the birth of the child because the current one was very disappointing.

R&B star Usher has released a new song urging his fans to vote in the upcoming US presidential election on 4 November.

The singer has debuted Hush on iTunes.com as part of his continued national call-to-service for young people.

Usher, who is the youth chairman of the Service Nation Summit, attended by over 500 Service Leaders including John McCain, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush,  will donate a portion of the proceeds to charity group the New Look Organization.

The singer has already led youth rallies, organized voter registration drives and stepped forward to participate in voter registration public service announcements for Leonardo DiCaprio’s DoSomething.org and CNN’s League of First Time Voters.

Usher says, “Hush is about my awakening over the past 10 years to the social issues in our country and realising that I have a voice. As Americans we have the right to speak out about slow recovery in the Gulf Coast (after Hurricane Katrina), a long war and home foreclosures. But complaining isn’t enough, you have to also take action.

“Whether serving at the homeless shelter or going to the polls for the first time, you have to act or else Hush.”

And Usher takes aim at his fellow millionaires in the words of his new song, singing, “Everyday he wakes up in his million dollar home/his life is like a video/the only reality he knows/He jumps inside of his hundred thousand dollar car/cruising up the boulevard driving past people living hard.”

There are rumors floating around the internet about Usher and wife Tameka Foster breaking up again. Filthy Rag reported that the couple were splitting back in September but the couple issued a statement that they were still together and expecting their second child. Filthy Rag refuses to report on this story again out of respect for the couple and the stress that Tameka is under from dealing with the constant rumors and her pregnancy. I am clear that he is a sexy man and looks amazing in this clip. I support my husband in his endeavors.”

It’s been alleged that the video had to undergo several edits before being deemed appropriate for television. Most can’t recall Usher ever appearing so sexually aggressive on-screen during his bachelor days. Many blogs have hand-slapped Usher for his overt display of affection and question whether a married father and founder of a nonprofit youth foundation should conduct himself a bit more conservatively. Ironically, some of these same naysayers crucified him for choosing to be an honorable family man by marrying the mother of his child, whom he’s repeatedly defended.

Perhaps Usher has decided to remind the masses of his sex-symbol status by force-feeding the fantasies of his female fans. Whatever the reason, the public court has apparently ruled that one of ATL’s finest is damned if he does take a stand as a family man, and damned if he doesn’t.

R&B superstar Usher is set to spark flames in the bedrooms all over America with the release of his own lingerie line. The singer was seen at the Marlies Dekkers runway show at Paris during Fashion Week in France. Usher confessed that he was seeking inspiration for his own sexy garments.

“I’m launching a lingerie line for men and women”, he said. He also added “comfort and intimacy” will be key in the new line. The first designs will be featured in his new music video Trading Places.

Usher will have some stiff competition from another R&B superstar in Janet Jackson who will unveil her Pleasure Principle lingerie in November.
